Kimberly J. Williams, a native of the Washington Metropolitan area, has performed in numerous recital, operatic and musical theater productions. She received Bachelor Degrees in Music Education and Music Performance at North Carolina A&T State University (Greensboro, NC); Master of Music degree from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC) and postgraduate studies in Vocal Performance from Shenandoah University (Winchester, VA). Her teachers were Judith Howell, Louise Toppin, and Michael Forest. Mrs. Williams taught Voice at North Carolina Central University (Durham, NC), and began the first NATS student chapter. Successful students advanced to Regionals. Mrs. Williams taught Choral/Vocal Arts at Sallie B. Howard School of the Arts (Wilson, NC) and served as Director of Edified Christian Academy-now, Edified Christian Preparatory Academy in Largo, MD. She taught Vocal/General Music at Highland Park Elementary and William Paca Elementary (Landover, MD). Mrs. Williams is happily married to Glenwood Williams, Jr. and has two beautiful adult daughters -Reneya, Rotoya; and two handsome sons -Joel, Isaacglen.
